    The Program Manager directly supports the Vice President of IT / IS Risk Management and will be a key member of the leadership team. This role is responsible for a broad range of activities including employee communications, organization, planning, and execution of activities to ensure the objectives of the VP and portfolio are met.

    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to provide strategic thought leadership and lead projects with limited guidance. The individual will partner with the leadership team in business planning and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to provide broad insight and thought leadership around various initiatives. The position requires flexibility and ability to effectively function in a dynamic environment, including the ability to address ad hoc projects that arise based on developing business needs with urgency while balancing other priorities. Preference for a strong, manager-level candidate with superior organization, communication, decision making and planning skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independently manage special projects/ activities and directly manage certain day-to-day issues on behalf of the Vice President, IT / IS Risk Management

    • Work collaboratively and closely with other Program Managers to advance broader Tech Risk initiatives

    • Create comprehensive executive level presentations

    • Deliver a broad range of communications including technology strategy updates, Town Hall presentations, and employee communications

    • Manage business planning and operational processes (e.g., Leadership meetings, PMP process, cost center management, and goal setting metrics)

    • Drive organizational optimization and business process improvement

    • Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues

    • Balance the management of day-to-day business priorities along with long-term strategic deliverables

    • Collaborate with the various constituencies across the Company in order to accomplish tasks on behalf of the VP and their leaders

    • Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues and assist them in solving business problems

    • Drive organizational optimization and business process improvement

    • Execute on operational risk activities such as conducting risk assessment with the business, mapping of processes, identification of risks, and definition and testing of controls

    • Engages and Coordinates audit related activities

    • Keeps abreast of Regulatory changes and requirements.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Outstanding leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers and superiors and drive projects with little direction

    • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

    • Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities

    • Proven decision making & problem-solving capabilities with strong follow up skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong sense of integrity and ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion and judgment.

    • Exemplary communication skills - written and verbal as well as strong ability to influence leaders and drive change

    • Demonstrated ability to create and explain analysis of complex problems

    • Strong project management skills with proven record of leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

    • Ability to understand, analyze data and produce meaningful conclusions

    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work effectively in ambiguous situations, and a willingness to take charge and drive results

    • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible when faced with changing priorities

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or has equivalent work experience) preferred

    • Certified in either CISM or CRISC preferred

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
