    • Create calling lists by utilizing lead profiles within the CRM and strategically generate new lists - Cold call leads, locate decision maker, and close deals - Utilize proven sales scripts, rebuttals, and best practices to increase sales velocity - Primary job function to sell new Better Business Bureau applications for Accreditation - - Secondary job function to sell Enhanced Listing Sponsorships to Accredited Businesses - Maintain a clean and updated CRM - Extremely self-motivated. Supported by an exceptional team with a high level of autonomy - Disciplined approach to daily time management to maximize sales activity - Successful candidates will be winners by nature, enjoy a metric driven environment, and be completely accountable for owning their success PAY: Available to make commission from the first sale. Commission is uncapped. - Initial wage for the first 90 days is $20/hr - After 3 months goes to $18/hr - After 6-12 months $15/hr 20% commission on selling accreditations. Average accreditation is $395-$625 15% commission on selling sponsorship. Range is from $200-$20,000 Calls are monitored for quality training purposes. Training is two weeks
