Intake Specialist/Insurance Verification

Our client, a healthcare company located in Louisville, KY, is looking to hire multiple Prior Authorization/Insurance Verification Specialists to start work on May 20th!

*this is an on-site role, remote work is not offered

Details

• On-site in Louisville, KY

• Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p + 10a - 6:30p one day per week

• Cubicle setting

• Start date: 5/20

Description

• Verify eligibility and benefits

• Communicate patient benefits in a timely manner

• Review and reply to requests

• Obtain authorization needed from payer for services ordered or requested

• Serve as a liaison between the branch location and the payer
