  • ASRC Federal Arctic Slope Mission Services (ASMS) is actively seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as an Intelligence Communications Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Army Capability Management - Foundation (ACM-F) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The successful candidate will provide expert support to ACM-F in all aspects of architecture and communications pertaining to intelligence systems. The primary focus will be on the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) and TROJAN Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence Terminal (SPIRIT) Lightweight Intelligence Telecommunications Equipment (LITE) (TSL), along with emerging intelligence platforms that support the overall intelligence architecture. This is an on-site position.

    In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Intelligence Communications SME will also:

    • Facilitate the integration of DCGS-A with other Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and activities.

    • Provide interface and coordination for DCGS-A sensor interoperability and integration efforts, supporting the Sensor Computing Environment (SCE) and the Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA). This includes overseeing architectures, requirements, and interfaces.

    • Support the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process by collaborating with other teams to ensure the accurate capture and documentation of Army Intelligence Warfighting capability requirements.

    • Contribute to JCIDS capability requirements documentation. This includes Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), Cost-Benefit Analyses (C-BA), and other intelligence systems documentation, supporting the JCIDS and milestone decision processes as they pertain to the intelligence functional areas.

    • Assist government action officer personnel in reviewing these documents in accordance with the JCIDS process.

    Requirements :

    Skills

    • Thorough understanding of the JCIDS process.

    • Experience working with DCGS-A.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

    • Excellent writing and communication skills.

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

    • Experience with Army Cyber Activities, DoDIN cloud computing environments, and Common Operating Environment (COE) Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) and related Computing Environments (e.g. mounted CE, sensor CE), system workflows, data flows, and intelligence data formats and data sets.

    • Experience with ISR synchronization and capability development, coordinating and managing ISR synchronization requirements and processes across all echelons.

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum ten years of intelligence architecture experience

    Clearance Requirements

    Employee shall possess a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance and be eligible for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at time of hire.
