Overview
The IT Project Manager (PM) is an integral member of ATI's Enterprise IT Services, Engineering, and Architecture teams, supporting ATI's core applications, infrastructure implementations, and customer support needs. The PM is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects/scrum teams in a fast-paced environment that cross multiple business units inclusive of their cost, time, and scope. Works cross-functionally across ATI teams to create project plans, allocate tasks, set project milestones, manage budgets, and oversee execution.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams supporting both Software development and IT Infrastructure.
Perform Scrum Master functions for two or more teams: schedules and leads the release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and daily scrum activities.
Work with project stakeholders to clearly define and document project scope, milestones, assumptions, constraints, and risks.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members.
Lead cross-team meetings to determine progress and address challenges regarding projects.
Track deliverables and reports on status of objectives, timeline, budget, and risks
Organize meeting agendas, using a variety of software tools, to communicate project goals, directives, and planning with project team and business or executive stakeholders.
Identify Internal and External project resource needs required for the success of the initiative.
Coordinate resources and assigns the daily tasks while ensuring the project team is working toward defined milestones and project timeline.
Work with delivery teams to understand capacity and time allocation commitments to tasks.
Work with project team to identify excess capacity or constraints to optimize the project schedule and identify risks to targets.
Prepare and ensure delivery of communication to business units and individuals who may be impacted by project events.
Communicate proactively with project team to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Minimum Experience
Required:
3+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning IT related projects
3+ years of experience working with senior level business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Preferred:
Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or related technical field
Experience with Azure cloud basics and methodologies
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of Agile principles and practices Ability to analyze, plan, and create standard requirements for complex projects.
Ability to document clear goals and objectives for projects to achieve business initiative or strategy.
Skill with multiple Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
Skill with time management and experience with establishing guidelines in these areas for others, including ability to drive accountability with multiple outside business units.
Ability to follow existing protocols and provide recommendations for risk management and/or change management.
Skill with personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote teamwork mentality.
Skill with predicting challenges and seeking to proactively head-off obstacles.
Proficiency in related software tools including but not limited to MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, JIRA, MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint
Ability to understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Ability to complete project delivery from initiation to deployment for more than one initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature project management capabilities for the organization.
Ability to determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
