We seek a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider to join our Queen Creek team,due to the growth we are experiencing.For this full time position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:

• Experience as an APP in primary care preferred

• DEAwith prescriptive authority required

• FNP or PA designation with eligibility for AZ license

• Provider who prefers to see all ages

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
