Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Perform accounting and analyses for the business.

• Ensure accounting records are properly stated on monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting processes.

• Participate in business initiatives to ensure accounting analyses are performed and documented, decision makers understand accounting implications, and accounting requirements are incorporated.

• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Complete accounting control activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close reviews. Gather and review supporting details from source reporting and business partners.

• Support new business initiatives and resolutions to production events.

• Perform monthly close process, including representing team during meetings, completing specific financial reporting schedules, and performing month-end variance analyses.

• Manage the flow of transactions through internal and external systems. Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and gather requirements. Facilitate the mapping of new transactions and ensure all transactions are appropriately reflected.

• Identify and implement control improvements and process efficiencies.

• Provide financial reports, perform audits, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field

• In lieu of education experience7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have

• Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in banking, payments, financial or regulatory reporting, or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
