    Insight Global is looking for a Case Manager in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. As a Lead Case Manager, this individual will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 case managers. The preferred candidate will have background experience in case management specific to ORR requirements. They will ensure that their team of case managers comply with youth assessment practices and maintain constant communication with program personnel which includes unit supervisors, case managers, clinical staff, and others. They will provide training to case managers on program, agency, state, and federal policy updates/changes. They will assist with sponsor assessments. They will help support any planning activities for youth and making sure they have access to important program offerings and resources. They will communicate and collaborate across necessary departments. Lastly, this will ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely manner and to the expectation of state and federal regulations.

    Skills and Requirements

    * Case Management experience specific to ORR policies & procedures

    * Experience supervising team of case managers.

    * Comfortable with working longer hours when necessary.

    * High School Degree or bachelor's degree

    * Bilingual (English/ Spanish) highly preferred null
