Our client, a steadily growing law firm in Chicago that specializes in plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice cases, is seeking an experienced personal injury legal administrative assistant to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity that pays competitively and offers benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with scheduling relevant appointments, meetings, and courtroom dates.

• Assisting with the discovery phase including the organization and analysis of data.

• E-filing legal documents and cases in state and federal courts.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of legal assistant experience in personal injury.

• Proficiency in legal research, client management and electronic filing system.

• Ability to manage high-volume work and maintain strict deadlines.

• Strong administrative skills.

• Preferably bilingual in both Spanish and English.
