    As a Lending Product Strategy Vice President in our Business Banking Lending team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape key initiatives and influence future business decisions.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Aide and collaborate on setting an innovative and digital-first lending strategy that will reach the needs of current and new small business customer segments

    • Leverage in-depth analysis that support strategic initiatives and decision making while independently self serving various data sources

    • Partner early and often with key functional areas (Risk, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, Design, etc.) to help support the strategic vision of the business and execute on innovative strategies

    • Create executive level presentations, roadmaps, and materials to track strategic progress and key results set by the business as a whole

    • Engage Compliance, Controls, Legal, Fair Lending, and Risk business partners throughout product development. Follow CCB's data use, privacy, legal, and compliance guidelines as well as be contribute to the firm's enhancement of data governance, use, and management principles and tools

    • Act as a team player, and positive collaborator with Product Development arm of the team, including Area Product Owners and project managers

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical or business management capacity (Business Analysis, Product Development, Strategic Planning etc.)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PitchPro

    • Strong analytical, technical & statistical skills with proven ability to process vast amounts of data into meaningful information

    • Strong project management, communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills

    • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams and ability to partner across various disciplines and levels of technical knowledge

    • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

    • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of Business Banking and its priorities while working in a matrixed environment and ability to work in an environment of strong risk and controls

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree, business and/or technical field (Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
