Randstad is recruiting for a Licensed Loan Officer role in Lexington Kentucky. This is a temp to hire opportunity. The applicant must have two years experience as a Licensed Loan Originator. The role will have a base salary before transitioning to a commission-based compensation structure upon conversion to a full time employee.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Helping customers research loans and navigate the application, approval and closing process.

• Recommending commercial and mortgage loan options to clients and explaining their terms.

• Determining risks for loaning to clients based on their credit and processing paperwork.

• Coordinating with underwriting, borrower, title and appraisal processes to get the loan closed.
