LPN - Neuro Medical

Amergis Healthcare is looking for an LPN to work in a Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. This center is a specialized skilled nursing facility (SNF) certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) under the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) long term care regulations.

1st shift: 7a-7:30p

3rd shift: 11p-7:30a

40 hours every other weekend

All staff will be required to work Monday-Friday, on 1st shift for approximately 4 weeks for orientation and training.
