Machine Operator

Manpower in partnership with manufacturing company in Clackamas, OR is looking for great associates!

Job Title: Machine Operator

Starting Wage: $21/hour (higher for experienced candidates) plus $2.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 am - 6:30pm - 2-2-3 rotation, with every other weekend off

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely, focusing on quality and efficiency.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity.

• Adjust machine flow, speed, or temperature as necessary.

• Stop or reset machines during malfunctions.

• Troubleshoot and report deviations from standard parameters, collaborating with the team to identify root causes.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure safe product manufacturing.

• Complete production paperwork accurately.

• Maintain regular attendance and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic written communication, computer, and math skills.

• Manufacturing experience preferred; food & beverage experience a plus.

• Knowledge of sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes desirable.

• Prior experience with production paperwork beneficial.
