    Position Summary

    As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead a Maintenance Team culture that is rooted in providing customer service while preventing equipment and systems failure with a strong reliance on a preventive/predictive mindset. You will plan and schedule the most effective use of time and resources, enhancing the condition of the site and ensuring full compliance to policy at all times. This role works with a counterpart and will focus primarily on the maintenance programs for facilities, utilities, and warehouse.

    • Direct activities of Maintenance Department personnel relevant to building and grounds (facilities), utilities, and warehouse.

    • Drive key performance indicators, delivering factory commitments and ensuring continuous improvement while prioritizing safety, quality, and cost.

    • Protect the effectiveness of maintenance processes such as condition monitoring, planning/scheduling, predictive/preventative maintenance, and reliability.

    • Through hiring, development, and retention, continuously improve maintenance staff to provide effective frontline leadership, maintenance planning, and a skilled hourly workforce.

    • Develop cost savings within the Maintenance budget while remaining compliant with internal and external standards.

    • Enact appropriate maintenance strategies to deliver asset performance, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.

    • Provide root cause failure analysis and corrective or preventive action with cross-functional teams.

    • All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • 5+ years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment.

    • 3+ years' people leadership experience.

    The approximate pay range for this position is $93,000 to $136,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
