Maintenance Supervisor

System One is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an industry-leading client in the Latrobe, PA area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prioritize Maintenance Team daily activities.

• Works closely with all departments to assure that production's operations run a maximum efficiency and quality, with a minimum of man-hours and scrap rate.

• Perform and record repairs made to equipment.

• Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance as required on production equipment.

• Insure all PM, Calibration's are complete and records maintained.

• Order Repair/ Spare parts while maintaining budget.

• Must have initiative to report, fix if possible any potential problems that may arise.

• Schedule/work closely with outside contractors as needed.

• Sources vendors for cost control on MRO

• Keep work areas clean and safe exemplifying high housekeeping standards.

• Perform related work as required.

Competencies

• College Degree or Equivalent Experience
