Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm, will also be responsible for on call time needs which can be within a 24/hr timeframe.

The community you'll be caring for:
AdventHealth Parker is a Level II Trauma Center that serves our community by providing excellent, community-focused health care. Since we opened our doors in 2004, we have grown into a regional medical center. In 2017, we received the designation of a Magnet Recognized Hospital. In 2018, we became one of the only five hospitals in the nation, and the only hospital in Colorado, to receive Joint Commission Certification for Bariatrics. We have 170 Licensed beds, 23 Emergency Department private rooms, and 13 surgical suites.
The role you'll contribute:
Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing systems and medical gas systems. Tests fire systems valves, tamper switches, fire pumps and dry deluge fire systems. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Installs, maintains and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters and plumbing fixtures.
Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drains.
Maintains the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems.
Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
High School Education or GED
Two years of maintenance experience
Valid state driver's licenses
