Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that sits 100% onsite in Anderson, IN. This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, installations, calibrations, and inspections of industrial equipment. They will be providing instruction to equipment operators, as well as Level I and II Maintenance Technicians. This candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve mechanical/electrical problems with a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical experience, hydraulics/pneumatics experience, PLC trouble shooting experience, and/or fabrication/welding/machining experience. This is a permanent, full time opportunity with a small, family-owned business that is gearing up for hyper-growth in the coming months.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong Electrical experience (24v to 480v 3Phase)

Hydraulic/Pneumatic Experience

PLC troubleshooting experience -- strongly preferred PLC Programming Experience

MAS Extrusion knowledge/experience

Experience with Production Management Software (MaintainX or similar) null
