    American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in the Commercial Travel & Expense space and subsequently continues to be an exciting and fast-growing segment. The Corporate Program Product Development team is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team leading digital innovation at American Express. We are responsible for deepening Client and Card Member engagement through our digital B2B products. The team's mission is to dramatically increase adoption and frequency of usage through a combination of in-depth insights, superior user experience and compelling features and functionality.

    We are looking for a digital product/project manager to help lead a multi-year digital transformation initiative for Amex's corporate clientele in India - a critical GCS market. This role will drive digital product strategy, annual planning, business architecture, leadership reporting, and other critical processes. Extraordinary candidates will have a passion for digital products, fluency across project management functions and frameworks, and strong organization & communication skills.

    How will you make an impact in this role?

    Responsible for leading a multi-year digital modernization initiative in the India market within a central PMO team

    • Formulate GCS digital product strategy in India market

    • Maintain detailed project roadmaps

    • Create business architecture maps and diagrams

    • Lead investment, prioritization and capacity planning

    • Communicate and collaborate with internal partners, consultants and India-based vendors

    • Translate delivery requirements to Agile artifacts (i.e. Features, User Stories, etc.) for Tech/Product teams

    • Coordinate cross-train testing and code releases

    • Lead an India-based Product Owner (Analyst)

    • Support program reporting to leadership

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 4 years of prior experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Project Management or Technology-related roles

    • Familiarity with database architecture and integrations

    • Fluency with Agile development and principles

    • Experienced with common project management techniques, frameworks and tools

    • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    • Adaptable to changing needs in a fast-past environment

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • PMP, Scrum Master certification, CSPO certification and/or advanced degree in Computer Science a plus

    • Knowledge of E2E software development processes and Agile methodologies

    • Experience with project management software (i.e. Confluence, Rally, Jira)

    • A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for ongoing collaboration

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
