    As a Manufacturing Probe Process Engineer in the Test Solutions Engineer (TSE) Key Equipment Group (KEG), you will have responsibilities for supporting and maintaining Probe processes and software that are co-developed with Micron's Global Manufacturing sites, or directly sent to the Manufacturing sites around the world. You will be responsible for managing, validating and coordinating releases of global processes and software ensuring that the resulting Manufacturing Quality meets or exceeds customers' requirements.

    Responsibilities and Tasks:

    -Developing software solutions & processes to promote greater quality, efficiency and standardization of automated semi-conductor Probe operations.

    -Supporting and maintaining the Global Probe Data Crunching Process (i.e. post processing probe test data).

    -Developing, coding, validating and coordinating timely software releases.

    -Gathering requirements from internal customers (Test, Product & Quality Engineering) in support of Probe data systems & capability enhancements for "First-Of-A-Kind' disposition/process control algorithms.

    -Supporting new Probe sites initial development into Micron Probe MES and DFS (Die File System) environments.

    -Generating metric reports (Efficiency & Effectiveness) for Probe processes for your domain.

    -Initiating and/or chairing meetings with global Probe sites in support of probe processes for your domain.

    -Collaborating with global teams in the Probe network to establish and implement BKM Global Probe Processes.

    -Supervising Global Probe process results to ensure they meet required Manufacturing Quality.

    -Investigating first-of-a-kind manufacturing issues, and developing methods or processes to close gaps.

    -Conducting statistical data analysis of Probe data sets in support of process.

    -Capture Product requirements for definition of new Probe data systems & capability enhancements

    -Ensure Global Probe processes result in required Manufacturing Quality

    -Promote and drive Continuous Improvement

    Qualifications:

    -Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

    -2+ years of applicable work experience

    -Strong skills in Linux/Unix, Python, Perl, C, C# and or C+-Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (i.e. advanced excel for data manipulation)

    -Solid understanding of Tableau, JMP and R

    -Solid understanding of version control systems such as GIT

    -Good verbal and written communication skills

    -Flexibility to accommodate off-shift meetings in Asia/US timezone

    -Curiosity about Quality Management Systems (QMS) (i.e. ISO/IATF standards)

    Preferred Knowledge:

    -Working knowledge of MES systems

    -Working knowledge of Probe/Test Data stream systems

    -Working knowledge of Probe Equipment (e.g. ATE, probers, probe cards)

    -Familiarity with Docker and Containers

    -Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence/SharePoint

    -Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments 8D and FMEA
