  • Our client, a growing international Aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Team supporting Manufacturing and overseeing the company's primary manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong motivation, self-initiative and the ability to drive projects which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

    Location: Phoenix, AZ Metro Area

    Pay Range: $80-$100K

    What's the Job?

    • Oversight of company's primary manufacturing processes

    • Drive cost reduction and enhance product quality

    What's Needed?

    • BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or similar

    • 5+ years' exp process engineering or manufacturing engineering working with process improvements and equipment projects

    • Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing exp including process improvements, root cause analysis, waste reduction, etc.

    • Strong analysis, reporting and documentation skills

    • Strong MS Office skills required; CNC, SAP, AutoCAD, Solidworks or ProE all a plus!
