Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Technician to construct components, sub-assemblies, and major components with precision. This role is crucial for producing high-quality air pressurization equipment. You will be expected to assemble using both mechanical and electrical techniques, including plug and play systems, and manage basic computer operations.

Hard Skills

• Experience with hand tools in a manufacturing setting

• Proficiency in using screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets

• At least 1 year of production or assembly experience

• Mechanical assembly skills

• Electrical assembly skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Mechanical aptitude

• Understanding of brazing and refrigeration systems

Soft Skills

• Adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines

• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration component issues

Work Environment

This is a Contract-to-Hire position, on-site in Broomfield, Colorado, within a Warehouse/Manufacturing setting. You will need to stand throughout the shift. Post a 3-month training period, a modified schedule is available: Monday to Wednesday 7 am - 4:30 pm, Thursday 7 am - 3:30 pm, and Friday 7 am - 12 pm without a lunch break. Voluntary overtime is an option, requiring early arrivals or late departures.
