Medical Customer Service Rep

Description

We are offering a part-time employment opportunity for a Medical Customer Service Representative in the non-profit industry, located in Charlotte, Concord, or Gastonia. This opportunity involves greeting customers, getting involved in the community, and helping a great cause! This part-time role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday two times per month from 10am - 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Engage with donors and process their details accurately during on-site retail site donation drives

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring resolution and satisfaction

• Use Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and record keeping

• Perform client intake and maintain accurate client records

• Prepare and present client reports as required

• Participate in charity and community events, representing the organization professionally

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficiency of operations

• Utilize customer service skills to improve donor retention

• Assist in organizing and managing events to foster community engagement and donor participation

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain confidentiality of donor information.

Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required.

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is a must.

• Experience in Complaint Handling is essential.

• Strong Customer Service skills are needed.

• Experience in Client Intake and Client Reporting is desirable.

• Participation in Charity Events would be beneficial.

• Knowledge and involvement in Community Events is highly valued.
