Our client is a global healthcare company providing diagnostic and drug development capabilities to make a difference through clinical, non-clinical, and commercial settings! We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technician to join their growing team on 3 rd shift!

Location: Coral Gables, FL

Schedule: 3 rd shift (Sun-Thurs 10p - 6:30a)

Pay: $38/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

• Set up, adjust, maintain and troubleshoot medical laboratory instrumentation.

• Analyze the results of tests and experiments to ensure conformity to specifications, using special mechanical and electrical devices.

• Prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls.

• Report accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care

• Obtain specimens, cultivating, isolating and identifying microorganisms for analysis.

Qualifications:

• Must have Medical Laboratory Technologist License or Medical Laboratory Technician Certification.

• ASCP OR AMT CERTIFICATION IS PREFFERRED - FLORIDA TECHNOLOGIST LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
