    A well established firm of ours is looking to bring an MEP Project Manager to Support multiple large and complex Mechanical Engineering projects in the Greater Philly, South Jersey, and Lehigh Valley Markets. This specific need is for the $650mil Data Center project but could also support other design-build commercial MEP construction projects throughout the area.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with other project managers and project engineers to assure scheduling and budgeting is accurate

    • Manage all MEP, specifically Mechanical and HVAC construction for $650mil Data Center.

    Must Haves

    • Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or technical discipline, or 15+ years experience working for MEP firm on multiple MEP projects.

    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management for Mechanical construction projects

    • Experience and expertise in managing HVAC, Piping, Plumbing and Electrical (MEP)

    • Experience running a job, tracking production in the field and forming and managing relationships through other vendors.
