  • General Summary

    Participates in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer products and/or military systems. Will involve temporary deployment to customer sites to provide up-to-date training to users as well provide as technical and logistical support.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

    • Develops training curriculum, demonstrations, and practical exercises*

    • Conducts online and/or classroom training sessions*

    • Updates training material to ensure relevance and timeliness*

    • Develops and maintains forms and records for training*

    • Evaluates the effectiveness of training relative to objectives*

    • Provides valued input based on military background into system development and processes*

    • May deploy with military systems and/or equipment to provide up-to-date training to users as well provide as technical and logistical support.

    Required SkillsRequired Experience

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience. Progressive military experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

    • Must be willing to travel (with or without reasonable accommodation) up to 25% of the year as required, CONUS and OCONUS. Some operations will support military members and require being embedded in austere environments.

    • Minimum of eight years related experience with a minimum 3 years experience in the recursive writing process and military-style writing. Includes step-by-step learning, lesson plans, Senior Leader briefings, after action reviews, and executive summaries.

    • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs such as MS Office.

    • US Citizenship; Secret clearance required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years cumulative, operational experience serving in the United States Military.

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in conducting meetings, leading discussion groups, briefing junior service members to senior leader audiences, effectively communicating conceptual ideas in writing, and orally articulating thoughts.

    • Graduate of Military Leaders Course

    • Part 107b, Remote Vehicle Experience

    • Perform all duties as required to exemplary standard as previously established by military service
