Responsibilities

The neurology technician is responsible for processing and performing all EEG?s ordered on in and out patients and maintaining the quality of the lab. The technician shall assure that all equipment in the lab is properly maintained calibrated and appropriate quality assurance measures are taken. The technician is also responsible for assisting with numerous Cardiology/Vascular as well as clerical procedures.

At least two years previous experience performing Electroencephalograms. Successful completion of an approved course in EEG and/or demonstrated expertise in the theory and techniques of EEG including pertinent anatomy pathology and interpretation. Registration by ASET preferred.

Pay Range

$30.06 - $33.40 /hour
