Now Hiring: Office Manager for a growing financial services company in Manalapan, NJ
Attend weekly seminars twice a week
Book seminars at restaurants around Monmouth County and handles the financials
Schedule financial appointments with potential clients (50 a week)
Reach out to potential clients to confirm appointments and or reschedule them
Send out financial packages
Process all insurance business ensuring accuracy of information and timely payments
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize client list and appointments
Utilize Salesforce CRM (will train them on this)
Ordering office supplies
Business development capabilities, will help the business grow
Administrative support, Office management, Data entry, Customer service, Microsoft office, Payroll, Front desk

Not your typical 40 hour working week
Monday & Tuesday - 830- 5 Wednesday & Thursday (seminar days) 930-830 could be more flexible on Fridays - 830-3
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Perfect candidate will come from an office manager background in the financial services industry or was a financial advisor/planner within financial services or insurance and is licensed and doesn't want to do that anymore and wants to get into the corporate office side of the business.
Duration: 12 month contract to hire - end goal is to convert someone to a permanent role*
