  • Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.

    Duties

    • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.

    • Act as a point of contact answer any questions regarding benefits, FMLA, short term leave, etc.

    • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records.

    • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products.

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

    • Manage office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

    • Utilize excel for financial recordkeeping.

    • Oversee file management systems and ensure proper organization.

    • Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in office management, including payroll responsibilities.

    • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.

    • Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems.

    • Excellent calendar management skills and experience with scheduling appointments.

    • Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial tasks.

    • Previous experience in medical office management is a plus.
