Operations Coordinator

Education & Industry Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business related field strongly preferred (but will consider substituting a high school diploma/GED with minimum of six (6) years of recent and relevant work experience per below.

• Minimum three (3) years of recent experience (if a Bachelor degree holder) in order processing, logistics and invoicing in a retail, wholesale, or distribution environment. (First preference will be given to candidates who have this experience specific to servicing Lowe's, Home Depot, or other national retail accounts).

Computer & Software Experience o Minimum one (1) year proven experience using EDI software in a warehouse and/or distribution environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with True Commerce and/or Commerce Hub but will consider experience with other similar EDI platforms.

• Minimum one (1) year experience using QuickBooks (cloud based), Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word).

• Proven experience using computer applications to accurately manage, import and export data across applications (example: accurately import/export data between EDI systems and QuickBooks).

Pay Details: $41,680.00 to $58,240.00 per hour
