    As the Senior Manager of Client Application Services (Application Leader), you will be the head of applications and lead an IT team at a client site in Farmington, New Mexico. You will be responsible for successfully completing an application project roadmap and other client results for clinical, business, 3rd party, and revenue cycle applications. We're looking for a collaborative and dynamic leader who is passionate about driving team culture, excels at client relationship management, as well as managing and developing a team.

    Responsibilities

    Day-to-day, you will be responsible for driving the Application Team vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications for a hospital client site and IT team. You will partner closely with client senior leaders and work collaboratively work with the client, your peers, and others across the team in a matrixed environment, delivering on-time results through your leadership and influence skills, attention to detail, and personal drive working with others. This role will challenge your organizational, influential, and strategic skills, while flexing your style to drive and achieve results with the client and IT teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Excels at leadership - you will lead, direct, and review your team's work to achieve operational or functional targets with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department, and organization

    • Drive strategy and direction for maintenance and configuration of applications to ensure applications meet objectives, contribute to the development of the overall solution roadmap, manage the delivery of services to clients and ensure business standards are achieved, and identify cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management

    • Develop, direct, and communicate team and department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives

    • Establish metrics, KPIs, or other performance measures to track progress, with timely follow-up and attention to detail

    • Exceptionally strong communication skills, and skilled at holding your peers, direct reports, and collaborators accountable

    • Influence diverse collaborator groups and drive compliance and acceptance of policies, practices, and procedures

    • Proactive with ongoing process-improvement and continuous-improvement for operational and strategic tasks

    • Proactively identify, propose, and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives

    • Lead and influence central initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization

    • Strategic and tactical skills - see the vision, set the vision, communicate the vision, help your team get there, and help them complete towards that vision along the way

    • Manage and have oversight of projects; experienced with project management methodologies, managing projects, and has strong organizational skills

    • Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage success and promote individual and team growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities, and drive decision-making for staffing and performance decisions for direct reports

    • Analyze data, identify business gaps, and recommend resolutions while contributing to process improvements and innovative approaches that support corporate and client mission and vision

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US: Hiring Range: from $101,300 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
