  • Seeking great Customer Service talent for a Colorado health organization!

    Industry: Hospital & Healthcare

    Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (3 month)

    Description

    • 100% on site

    • Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital

    • Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups

    • Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)

    • Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals

    SHIFT HIRIRNG FOR

    • 3 12's, Sun, Mon, Tues 6:30 PM to 7 AM

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE

    • At least 1 year of recent call center background or dispatching/911 operating experience over the phones

    • Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and stressful environment (at times)
