Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Location: Wethersfield, CT

Robert Half is partnering with our client, a well-established mid-sized manufacturing company, to hire a Payroll Administrator to join their Finance team. The Payroll Administrator will manage all aspects of payroll processing for this organization. This is a permanent/full-time position with excellent benefits and work life balance. Key responsibilities

• Process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Manage and maintain confidential employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and time and attendance data.

• Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.

• Generate payroll reports for management review and analysis.

• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements

• Previous experience in process improvements
