Payroll Supervisor

Description

Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor in the Hanover, MD area. This role will support a payroll department and manage 3-5 people. If you are looking to join a growing organization and make an impact with your work, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities

-Supervise and train payroll staff

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing

-Audit weekly and monthly reports

• Ensure payroll policies and procedures are followed

-Run payroll in a timely manner

-Monitor payroll and audit for accuracy

-Resolve discrepancies

• Develop metrics and set goals for department staff

-Assist in the training and development of payroll team mem

Requirements

• Full-cycle payroll management experience

• Strong technical abilities

• 3+ years of management experience

• Knowledge of local, state and federal payroll laws
