Requirements:?

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Any state!)

• Associates degree from an accredited institution

• 1 Year of Experience post Licensure (3-5 years preferred)

• BLS Certificate

• M-F 0730-1630

• Off on federal holidays

• NO Call
