    We are looking for an experienced and confident Warehouse manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor while increasing production and revenue. You will manage scheduling, oversee daily operating reports, and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic plans. You should be a strong leader with an analytical mind and excellent interpersonal communication skills. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all production, distribution, and maintenance activities in the Warehouse. The facility must be operated in a safe, quality conscious, and profitable manner, meeting or exceeding all customer specifications. This position follows the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale mindset and is responsible for the following: establishes and reviews processes; interviews, hires, and trains personnel; assists with continuous improvement; and maintains plant documentation.

    Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

    • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

    • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping methods

    • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

    • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

    • Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service

    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

    • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

    • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

    • Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of product

    • Work with Maintenance on machine maintenance and PM's to ensure we are maximizing machine uptime.

    • Work with all necessary departments on Root Cause analysis.

    Required

    5 years of previous warehouse or operations management experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
