    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of production processes, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the plant, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

    salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

    work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

    Responsibilities

    Leadership and Management

    • Provide strong leadership to the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Manage and mentor departmental managers and supervisors to optimize performance and develop talent within the organization.

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals, minimize downtime, and maximize efficiency.

    Operational Excellence

    • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and maintenance.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

    • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance

    • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes and procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

    • Collaborate with quality control personnel to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues.
