    Key Responsibilities:

    Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class AdTech engineering team. We are seeking a transformative Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data and Identity to lead the development and implementation of our customer identity strategy across AdTech platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting an innovative identity solution that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation on DSPs.     • Architect and implement a comprehensive customer identity solution tailored to our organization's vision and goals.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems.

    • Apply solutions like customer data platforms and identity graphs to create unified customer profiles and enhance personalization efforts.

    • Implement universal identifiers like UID 2.0, PAIR and ramp id to improve data interoperability and identity resolution.

    • Develop strategies to collect, manage, and leverage customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and data analytics to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications

    What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

    • 8+ years of experience in an information technology solutions architecture role

    • 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management.

    • Extensive experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale ad delivery systems.

    • In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers.

    • Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing

    • Experience with data enrichment techniques and tools

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    • Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

    • Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.

    • Previous experience in architecting solutions

    What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.

    • Working experience preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment

    • Data Clean Room experience is plus.

    • Experience with online user data privacy a plus - including standard processes, and Consent / Identity Management tools.
