You will work with a team of top notch, driven individuals to leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve outcomes firm wide. This demanding position utilizes the intersection of a solid data analysis background with a complete understanding of the business goals and operations as well as programming prowess, ability to manage and wrangle data, as well as the presence of domain expertise of banking. Your efforts within this role are likely to lead to data solutions and/or help other, more traditional BI and analytical functions within the bank to generate business insights and value.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with solution development team to define and implement data management, analytics, and user interface. Provide guidance to and direct the efforts of Data Analysts and Engineers.

    • Parse and manipulate raw, complex data streams to prepare for loading into an analytical E465; delve into complex data from systems to discover hidden relationships and useful information.

    • Implement data formulation process, including identification of attributes, exploratory data analysis, data transformation, and temporal data structures.

    • Create analytical datasets from large data sources, using cloud data resources through the development of highly efficient reusable code structures.

    • Perform hands-on text, quantitative and operational analysis.

    • Apply best available practices for artificial intelligence and machine learning.

    • Work with business to enable data solutions by analyzing data sources, profiling data, and identifying business logic.

    • Understanding of mathematical algorithms behind machine learning and AI techniques, is beneficial.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years Data Analysis Experience, experience with cloud-based technology is preferred.

    • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail. Innovative approach to solving both practical and theoretical problems.

    • Proficient in coding Python and other data analytics tools/languages (such as SQL, Alteryx, R)

    • Using stakeholder knowledge and other available resources to research, to facilitate discovery, and to analyze and evaluate options for data solution.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and cross-functional business and senior stakeholder engagement.

    • Ability to present to both a technical and non-technical audience, presenting data with confidence to business leadership in both informal and formal presentation settings.

    • Familiarity with database design concepts.

    • Experience with Agile process is preferred.

    • Work independently with minimal guidance.

    • Some experience in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).

    Education

    Bachelors degree in Data related field is required

    Pay Transparency

    The salary range for this position is $110,000- $160,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
