    Expected salary range of $126,000 to $140,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

    The Supplier Diversity Data Manager is a core member of the Business/Supplier Diversity team, and integral to the implementation, growth, and sustainability of robust business diversity strategies. Responsible for supporting the Business/Supplier Diversity Program objectives, which include advocating for our diverse suppliers, aligning our supply chain with our values, and ensuring diversity is ingrained in the procurement process.

    This role serves the critical function of extracting and managing the data, reporting key success metrics, and leveraging quantitative and qualitative business intelligence that drives our business/supplier diversity mission, generate reports that demonstrate our diverse spend trends and outcomes of our inclusive efforts while ensuring data integrity.

    This position is the Business/Supplier Diversity team's resident Data Scientist, with a strong technical acumen, charged with examining which questions need answering and where to find the related diverse spend (or relevant) data to drive outcomes, create transparency and facilitate programmatic scalability.

    • Manages Supplier Diversity data in coordination with procurement data analysts.

    • Examines which questions need answering and where to find the related supplier diversity (or relevant) data.

    • Maintains complex data sets and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Demonstrates strong business acumen and analytical skills and the ability to mine, clean, and present data.

    • Demonstrates the ability and agility to source, manage, and analyze large amounts of unstructured data.

    • Support Business/Supplier Diversity and stakeholders by developing, compiling, analyzing, and reporting spend, performance measurements and metrics utilizing a variety of tools involving procurement activities.

    • Supports in the development and maintenance of quality diverse spend reports for each department.

    • Assists in the development of strategy for increasing diverse spend, based on data.

    • Manages the reporting of the company's diverse spend data per regulatory or contractual requirements.

    • Identifies diverse-owned business enterprises for inclusion in supplier base when required for request for proposals and other specific requests.

    • Prepares internal supplier diversity data reports, metrics, and dashboards.

    • Owns tier 2 (our suppliers' diverse spend) program reporting including strategy, data collection and supplier relationship management.

    • Develops, executes, and maintains mechanisms to track and monitor internal procedures related to Business/Supplier Diversity protocols.

    • Coordinates outreach activities and training opportunities, as needed.

    • Participates in partnerships with advocacy groups to ensure optimization of membership benefits and diverse vendor support.

    • Represents Constellation's Business/Supplier Diversity Team at community, networking, and related events.

    • Resolves supplier diversity issues and responds to questions and requests for information.

    • Collaborates with internal and external partners, as necessary, to ensure a streamlined approach to data collection, analysis, and reporting.

    • Supports other tasks and projects as necessary to support the growth of the Business/Supplier Diversity mission.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Possess a strong business acumen and analytical skills which will be used to mine, clean, and present data.

    • Possess ability and agility to source, manage, and analyze large amounts of unstructured data.

    • Ensure business/supplier diversity spend, data, metrics, and reporting integrity; reporting accuracy and timeliness.

    • Leverages quantitative business/supplier diversity data, spend and metrics business intelligence to advance the mission of our business/diversity strategies.

    • Manage Tier 2 Reporting and ensure accurate data collection and reporting of Tier 2 spend by suppliers in SMART GEP or successor platform.

    • Develops and implement processes and procedures that enhance the quality of diversity spend data collection, analysis, and reporting.

    • Verifies and maintains statuses of diverse suppliers in Accounts Payable system.

    • Perform outreach activities related to planning, attending, hosting events, workshops, and matchmaking opportunities for partners, contractors, vendors, and suppliers doing business with the Constellation.

    • Attends training and technical or professional classes, seminars, or conferences to improve technical or professional skills.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within a large public or private company, including experience in public or corporate procurement, data science, supply chain management, supplier contracting or finance; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in supplier diversity, supply chain management, procurement, or a related role.

    • Being creative, curious, and an innovative problem solver with a passion for economic inclusion, supplier diversity and our core values is strongly preferred.

    • Data science background and relevant experience.

    • Quality Assurance methodologies.

    • MBA or PHD in data science or equivalent preferred.

    • Institute for Supply Management (ISM) CPSD or CPM Certifications preferred.

    • Problem solving methodologies, e.g. Points of Failure Analysis, Fault-Tree Analysis, or other risk analysis.

    • Visual Basic for application and Microsoft macro knowledge.

    • Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
