Process Engineer

Description

• Identify areas of manufacturing improvements, lead the related projects using the appropriate tools and measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions. - Lead cross functional projects links to manufacturing improvement projects (quality/lead time/capacity increase). - Experience with Batch Record Reviews (data analysis) - Measure initial performance using a relevant selection of KPIs. - Analysis of the processes and propose solution for improvement. - Implement improvements. - Control results following the KPIs - Team player in the manufacturing team helping the department achieving his target quality, cost, and delivery time. - Understand manufacturing problematics (physical/information flows, work processes, responsibilities, and impact during of every task) - Implement dashboard to share the KPIs with the team on frequent basics (Daily/weekly/Monthly) - Use of inspection tools, microscope, autoclave, analytical balance

• BS Degree: Engineering, Chemical, Bio - Manufacturing internship or co-op experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office package.
