    Position Overview:

    HealthEdgeis seeking a dynamic Marketing Managerin Product Marketingto join its growing marketing team. This person would workcross-functionally to support, position,and market the company'sHealthRulesPayer and Provider Data Management (PDM)products.Reporting to theSenior ManagerofCoreProduct Marketing(HealthRulesPayer andHealthEdgeSource),this individual would develop and execute marketing plans, initiatives, campaigns, communications, quantitative and qualitative assets, and messaging. Additionally, they would contribute to organizational awareness of the market and competitive landscape. Also, this role provides ongoing marketing support for the competitiveness of existing products.The ideal candidate has experience in the healthcare IT and/or enterprise software industries,possessesstrong market analysis and execution skills, and is a strong cross-functional team leader who enjoys driving change in a fast-paced, thriving environment.

    TheHealthEdgeCommercial Excellence function includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. These three organizations, combined as the Commercial Excellence function,are responsible formeeting the business's annual and long-term financialobjectives, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and increasingHealthEdgebrand awareness and market visibility.

    Your Impact:

    • Developsandexecutesannual product marketing plans, programs, and tactics aligned with business goals.

    • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Business Development Representatives, and Demand Generation to build campaigns and content for opportunity creation and engagement throughout the sales process and all buyer stages.

    • Buildsmarket knowledge and conducts primary and secondary researchto capture insight into market trends, market segmentation, competitive landscape, customer needs, and end-user behaviors.

    • Contributes tocompetitive intelligence findings and insights. Synthesizesinformation intobattle cards designed to inform key stakeholders.

    • Develops a deep understanding of buyers to inform, create,andmaintaintarget personas that cover buyer needs and the purchasing decision process.

    • Helpscreate and continuously refine messaging and positioning fortheHealthRulesPayer and Provider Data Managementsolutionsin the payer and adjacent markets.

    • Collaboratesdirectly with the product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product messages.

    • Leveragesmessaging to inform, contribute to, and develop collateral, web content, public relations pitches, blog posts, campaign content, customer case studies, and other thought leadership content.

    • Participatesin product launches by collaborating with product management and organizational leadership on strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement; ensureslaunches are integrated with demand generation campaigns.

    • Developscustomer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.

    • Leveragesthe collective outputs of various marketing activities to support sales and accelerate pipeline velocity by developing andmaintainingmultiple sales enablement materials, including collateral and presentations, competitive battle cards, persona profiles, training sessions, and other prioritized enablement programs asidentified.

    • Estimates, leads, develops,and directs the work ofcross-marketingand productteam leaders and supervisors.

    • Responsible fordirecting and trackingHealthEdgeproductresults and resources against goals.

    • Establishes new processes and procedures that promote clear communication, transparency, and efficiency.

    What you bring:

    • 5-6+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as technical marketing, technical pre-sales, training, or product marketing/management in a healthcare technology/product environment, ideally for the payer market segment

    • 1-2+ yearsdemonstratedtrack recordin crafting positioning and marketing content

    • Exercises judgment to plan andaccomplishindividual and team goals.

    • Comfortable making decisions about complex issues. May escalate more complex issues to senior management to ensure alignment on approach.

    • Ability to navigate a high-growth, collaborative culture with a high degree ofadaptability

    • ABachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, orarelevant field of studies such as computer science OR relevant industry experience in marketing of technical products

    • Mastersdegree inbusinessis preferred

    • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technologyproducts

    • Strong writing, communication, presentation development, andstory-telling/delivery skills

    • Exceptional team player with the ability to lead through influence and drive high-impact outcomes with product management, sales, finance, andoperations

    • Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias for action
