Product Owner

Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Product Owner to join the team to play a key role within their Salesforce Implementation. It is crucial that this individual has a strong understanding of business functionality, processes, and long-term vision representing business interests during implementation and beyond.

It is important that this individual has strong communication skills with the ability to work with business stakeholders and implementation team members. Working as a team is a large aspect of this role. This candidate will also be translating requirements, problem statements, and solution hypotheses into user stories to ensure clear acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics. They would also have the opportunity to attend on-site visits with stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years as a product owner or equivalent

- Significant experience in customer and user-facing roles

- Interviewing, meeting facilitation, presentation, conflict resolution, and negotiation

- Knowledge of Agile Methodology

- SaaS Implementation Experience

- Bachelor's degree

Ability to communicate with high level stakeholders and C-Suite Executives Master's Degree

Agile Product Owner Certification

Salesforce experience

Background in State Government or Judicial Branch

Experience working in complex projects null
