    What a typical day as a Production Supervisor might look like:

    Responsibilities:

    l Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.

    l Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

    l Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.

    l Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

    l Coaches and mentors team members.

    l Qualifications and Competencies

    l Health, Safety and Environment Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis - Examines HSE incidents by completing quality, evidence based investigations with accurate root cause analysis, resulting in effective corrective actions, accurate reporting and avoiding repeated incidents.

    Qualifications:

    l College, university, or equivalent degree required.

    l This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    l Supervisory experience preferred.
