Production Supervisor

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing production employees on assembly duties and quality control; these group sizes range from 20-60 employees.

• 2+ years of prior experience/knowledge of shift supervision processes.

• Meet production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements.

• Implements safety and good housekeeping standards.

• Train, develop, and evaluate employees.

• Must support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost goals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (required)

• Bachelors or Associates Degree (preferred)

• Production/Assembly Supervision

• Continuous Improvement

• Six Sigma

• Lean Manufacturing

Candidates Must Have:

• Recent manufacturing production supervision experience.

• Experience supervising up to 20+ production workers; experience supervising Union employees is a plus.

• Must be willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends as assigned.
