Production Supervisor

Description:

This supervisor will be managing a third shift group of 2-3 machinists and 4-5 welders. They will be managing the production for the shift but also will be helping operators run machines and making parts. They will be the point person for the shift to ensure deadlines are met.

This role will be supporting a machine shop that is making parts for the department of defense. This shift is to accommodate a surplus of work with machines already running at full capacity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Looking for 3-5 years of lead/management experience Ability to run a water jet machine AND manage the shift 2+ years of experience in a machine related environment (preferably not chemical or food, but a physical part)
