Program Manager Outpatient PT

• Position: Program Manager / PT

• Hours: Full-time (30 hours/week)

• Setting: Assisted & Independent Living, Outpatient

• Location: Heritage Place - Fayetteville, NC

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from Physical Therapy program

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice as required

• Minimum one (1) year experience in an outpatient care or home health setting
