    What you'll do...

    • You will oversee and coordinate assigned telecommunications projects or builds to ensure they benefit and meet the business goals of the organization

    • You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that meet the company's goals, objectives and culture

    • You will also oversee the progress of assigned telecommunications operations and develop effective and efficient strategies

    • You will organize various programs and activities for an assigned project/build to improve efficiencies, client satisfaction, and cost controls

    Qualifications

    Who we are looking for...

    • You are an excellent leader, communicator and will have experience in managing team members of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.

    • You have proven experience as a program or project manager

    • You have thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods

    • You have the ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively

    • Function successfully in high-stress situations while communicating with company personnel, customers, and contractors.

    • You are self sufficient and able to work with limited direction and supervision

    • You have conflict resolution and problem solving skills

    • You have proficient knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software

    • You have proven management experience in the telecommunications industry
