    Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 7 years of experience in program or project management.

    • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

    • Experience running a Customer Voice program.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Experience with Voice of the Customer programs and translating customer feedback into product recommendations.

    • Experience collaborating with execution partners (i.e., multifunctional team, product teams, executive communication teams).

    • Experience leading ambiguous programs from inception to action.

    • Experience connecting with and influencing with senior stakeholders.

    The goal for the User Voice Enablement team is to standardize and scale this insights-creation process. As a program manager on this team you are responsible for driving components of a VP-level initiative on user voice and product journeys. You'll work across the organization to understand what is working well today and where we can improve. Using your background in Customer Voice, you will help generate best practices and influence their adoption across the organization.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Program Manage key strategic initiatives in a multi-year, leadership-sponsored program centered around upleveling user voice insights across gUP.

    • Connect cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand current User Voice best practices and business challenges.

    • Design solutions that improve our User Voice service offerings consistently across the org, making gUP industry leading when it comes to representing user perspective.

    • Advocate for users needs, understand their issues, and influence future solutions to help keep our business customer-first.
