Project Accountant

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a growing nationwide firm seeking a Project Accountant to support their Project Managers, Accounting Manager and Controller.

Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, responsibilities include managing project bills/invoices, reviewing budgets, assisting with preparing financial reports, job cost analysis, monitoring receivables, issuing invoices, and updating contracts.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 2-5 years' experience in a similar role and industry(construction, engineering, professional service). Strong MS Excel skills, and technical skills to be able to work in and out of an ERP software. This full-time position offers a salary commensurate with experience. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated understanding and experience in handling Accounting Functions.

• Experience in managing Billing Functions.

• Knowledge of Construction Projects - Accounting is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in ERP software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
