Summary

Project Coordinators work closely with our Sales and Project Management Teams to oversee projects from startup to closeout. This role involves administrative tasks, exceptional organizational skills, and a high attention to detail. Responsibilities include ordering materials from vendors, coordinating their delivery to our warehouse, and ensuring the final shipment to the designated job site.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of customer service experience

• Proficiency in interpreting basic construction documents

• Familiarity with Office Suite software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Previous experience in data entry, including both numerical and alphabetical data

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure adherence to project shipping schedules and provide daily or weekly updates to customers.

• Create and maintain a detailed tracking log for each project.

• Track delivery dates and coordinate timely deliveries to job sites between the warehouse and customers.

• Expedite materials with vendors.

• Work closely with Outside Sales to solidify customer relationships.

• Perform job closeout at project completion, including Operation and Maintenance Manuals, as well as ensuring all billing has been completed.

• Collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues.
